Tax Return Preparation Fee
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the payment of the tax return preparation fee ("Preparation Fee") for services provided by Avondale Tax Services LLC, a registered tax services provider. By submitting your tax return application, supporting documents and payment, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
A tax return preparation fee is required to initiate the tax return preparation process. This fee is charged to cover the administrative and processing costs associated with your tax return application. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or changes to the tax return.
3. Payment of Fee
Once the tax return application is completed and all supporting documents have been submitted, Avondale Tax Services LLC will contact you via email and/or text message to request payment. We accept payments through Zelle (phone: 6239332006 Avondale Tax Services LLC or email: jmanalac@cox.net), PayPal Family/Friend ("@JamesManalac"), Venmo ("@JManalac"), CashApp ("$AvTaxServ") and Credit Cards (call us). No work will commence on your tax return until the full fee has been received.
4. Scope of Services
The preparation fee covers the preparation and submission of your tax return only. Any additional services such as amendments, audits, or other services beyond the initial preparation will incur extra charges and must be agreed upon separately.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Once payment is made and your tax return is processed, the non-refundable fee will not be returned under any circumstances. This includes cancellations by the applicant or if you choose to withdraw from the tax return process after submission. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
6. Responsibilities of the Client
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all necessary documents and information required for the tax return preparation are provided accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to provide complete and correct information may result in delays in processing or may require additional fees.
7. Liability
Avondale Tax Services LLC will use reasonable care and skill to ensure the accuracy of the tax return preparation. However, the company shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations that arise from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. The information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of preparing your tax return. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to all future tax return applications once the updated terms are published.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S. federal tax law, and any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Arizona.

12. Right To Refuse Service
Avondale Tax Services LLC retains the right to refuse service to anyone and any reason.
Scope of Privacy Notice
This notice applies to your use of our web site (web site) and our logging tools which may be incorporated in our applications or downloaded separately (tools). This notice sets out the basis on which we will process any personal information collected via our web site or contained in log files that you provide to us. We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal information which will be used in accordance with this notice.
We do not collect any special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).
Uses Made of the Information
We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use information held about you to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, including,:

If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

Disclosure of Your Information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, except where:
- Avondale Tax Services LLC or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our users and customers will be transferred to the acquiring party.

6.3 Subject to clauses 7.1 and 7.2, Avondale Tax Services's liability to you whether in contract, tort or otherwise is limited to $1.
